此会议前身为岩土、土木建筑与安全工程国际学术会议（GCASE 2021），为加强学科建设与学术交流，第三届决定改名为测量技术与防灾减灾国际学术会议(MTDPM 2022)。

Due to the epidemic, 2021 2nd International Conference on Geotechnical, Civil Architectural and Safety Engineering (GCASE 2021) was held successfully online on July 16, 2021. GCASE 2021 was hosted by Geotechnical Research Group (GRG), School of Civil Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and AEIC Academic Exchange Information Center. The conference is an international conference for the presentation of technological advances and research results in the fields of geotechnical, civil architectural and safety engineering.

Architecture and civil engineering is an important engineering field of basic construction, which is the research and creation of the morphological environment of human life needs and the construction and improvement of various engineering facilities. In this period of rapid development of infrastructure engineering construction, many geotechnical engineering problems have been raised along with various underground projects such as slopes, foundation pits, and tunnels. At the project implementation site, it involves production safety management, safety protection engineering, accident prevention and control law research, engineering risk evaluation, emergency response, etc. Ensure production safety, social harmony, family happiness, and personal health through multiple channels. All types of production and business units are inseparable from safety engineering. 2020 International Conference on Geotechnical, Civil Engineering and Safety Engineering (GCASE 2020) was successfully held on September 25-27, 2020 in Hulunbei, China. We look forward to the meeting held in Xi'an this year to be or even more successful.
